This project was fully designed and executed by our team, from concept development through to final completion. The layout features a central courtyard surrounded by individual units, with a wooden pergola providing shade and structure that defines the communal outdoor space and creates a welcoming focal point for residents.

We used natural materials like terracotta plaster, wood, and stone to ensure durability and a cohesive aesthetic that harmonizes with the surrounding environment. The material palette was carefully selected to age gracefully while requiring minimal maintenance over time.

The landscaping and step-stone pathway were designed to add greenery without compromising circulation, creating a seamless flow between units and shared areas. Thoughtful attention was given to scale, proportion, and natural light, resulting in a residential development that balances privacy with community connection while celebrating the beauty of simple, honest materials.
